On the basis of the SPA Hotel “Romantic” on October 24-27 was held an international conference on the preparation of people to actions in emergencies, the formation of voluntary rescue teams. The conference was attended by representatives of the Sweden non-government organization “Civil defence of Sweden”, of Donetsk, Vinnytsia, Zakarpattia, Lviv, Ternopil and Ivano-Frankivsk oblasts.
